New Tours Available for ScreenSteps Live
February 16th, 2009 by Greg DeVore
At the end of last week we launched some new “Tours” of what you can do with ScreenSteps Live.
The first two tours show you:
- How to create a product documentation site in a single afternoon
- How to document all of the internal processes at your company using ScreenSteps and ScreenSteps Live.
These are both broad overviews that should give you a good idea of how you can implement ScreenSteps and ScreenSteps Live in your organization.
We have also added a new chat option to the site, so if you have any questions while browsing the information, click the chat button in the upper right and we will do our best to answer them.
Let us know if you find the new information helpful.

Are there plans for MediaWiki integration?
February 23rd, 2009 at 12:10 pm
Last time we looked into MediaWiki integration their API did not provide adequate support for image uploading. Until their API provides this support we have no plans of offering integration.

Sorry, were you referring to integrating the desktop application with MediaWiki or providing a means of displaying ScreenSteps Live content in MediaWiki? My response concerns uploading of content from ScreenSteps to MediaWiki. We have not looked at providing a plugin to display ScreenSteps Live content in MediaWiki.
