We don&#039;t have a TypePad plug-in but you could insert a ScreenSteps Live iFrame which will give you pretty much the same functionality. Here is a lesson on inserting an iframe in Zendesk. Should work pretty similarly for TypePad. Let us know if you need any help.&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>&lt;p&gt;Yes Michael. It is a bug in Zendesk where the javascript that the widget relies on isn&#039;t getting included for non-agents. We have notified them about it and they informed us that they are pushing out a fix this Saturday.&lt;/p&gt;
