New Customer Support Tool for ScreenSteps Live Users

Today we are announcing a free tool for our ScreenSteps Live customers: ScreenSteps Live Support Client. ScreenSteps Live Support Client is a desktop application that enables you to quickly browse and search your ScreenSteps Live content. After you find the lesson you are looking for you can copy the lesson title and url to the clipboard for pasting into a support email or forum post.

ScreenSteps Live Support Client uses the powerful ScreenSteps Live API to retrieve data from your account and is another example of how you can manage your content in ScreenSteps Live but use it just about anywhere. We also have plugins for WordPress and Zendesk that use the ScreenSteps Live API.

The application is available for Mac and Windows and you can download it here.

    Hi Trevor

    Great! Not only have you given us an effective/efficient way to improve our own business Customer Care – you’ve also made it so much simpler to copy/past what we need for multiple media (email, forum, web) instantly. Now that’s what I call customer care ;-)
