		<description>&lt;p&gt;Small steps, small tasks well documented = flexible and sustainable business, because you only have to tell the new guy/girl where to find the documents and not racking your own brain, stopping the task you&#039;re doing yourself to explain the small steps in the small tasks. (And many small tasks make a big job.)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&#039;ll think I&#039;ll create a to-do-list and start capturing small steps of small daily tasks the minute I start-up the pc tomorrow ;-) - my afternoons are spend working on the business not in doing small daily tasks. Which brings me to the following pondering: can you (screen) capture creativity?&lt;/p&gt;
