Very nice. I'd also like to see linking supported in the Step Title bars.

That does come in very handy for us, linking straight from one "online" range leaflet to the other. Already tested it out and it works like a treat, saving time and increasing prospects/clients experiences.

Thanks!

Perhaps use a tree menu on the left, with the top of the tree being the manuals and subsequent branches of the tree being the lessons? Then the main area is just for lessons and you can more easily navigate around your manual as the full extent is always visible on the left? I not really fond of the open lesson and then "Back to Library" thingy, just an idea, I like the new scheme apart from that.

Will we have stuff like version numbers and linking across lessons?

Cool tutorial. I've been using rotate for a while now - so what I got out of this was how to add additional media. Thanks. Appreciated.

Well spoken.

Many times, we sell what we think the customer could use. Instead of, what do they need and will they use it.

Having sub-steps and conditional branching would be really helpful. Any chance of including that logic?

Otherwise, it's a really good system. We are loving it. So are our customers!

Ryan-
SuperTags were tricky and don't work with the current ruby wrapper like you would expect. I need to write up a separate post on this. I got it to work like this:

person.put("super_tags/screenstepslive%20customer", {:super_tag => {:review_again_on => 1.day.ago.to_s}})

Replace "screenstepslive%20customer" with the name of your supertag. Make sure you have already added the supertag as a tag to the person (let me know if you don't know how to do that). In the :supert_tag hash you just enter the values for your fields (using the tableized name of each field).
