Fixes:
* Cut, Copy and Paste now work for groups and lessons.
* Clicking and dragging on a line that had no lesson or group in the Outline would cause an error.
* Edit->Move Up/Down have been fixed.

Changes:
* Program can now update itself when you choose "Help->Check for Program Updates...".

Changes:
* %DocumentFileName% added to Table of Contents template. This inserts the name of the ScreenSteps Docs project file (without the extension) into the template. Useful for setting the title of the HTML page.

Fixes:
* Lessons paths were not being saved relative to the ScreenSteps Docs project file. This has been fixed.
* Projects are marked as dirty after adding lessons.
