ScreenSteps supports many popular blogging services including WordPress, TypePad, Blogger, Movable Type and Square Space. When you create your article in ScreenSteps, all of your images and HTML are created for you and uploaded to your blog.
HTML Files
ScreenSteps makes creating HTML tutorials simple. You can use one of our pre-built templates or completly customize your own. With ScreenSteps Standard you can create single HTML files. ScreenSteps Pro will let you export complete manuals consisting of many files and a Table of Contents.
PDF Files
With ScreenSteps Standard you can export individual ScreenSteps Lessons as PDF files. ScreenSteps Pro lets you assemble multiple lessons into a complete manual or book, complete with a Table of Contents.
Microsoft Word Files
Microsoft Word export is only available in ScreenSteps Pro. You can export individual lessons or create a complete manual or book, including a Table of Contents. These files can also be opened in the latest version of Apple Pages.
Google Sites
ScreenSteps Pro will post single lessons directly to new pages in Google Sites
MindTouch
ScreenSteps Pro will post single lessons directly to MindTouch pages and will even let you insert ScreenSteps content into existing pages.
Confluence
ScreenSteps Pro will post single lessons direclty to Confluence pages.
Zendesk
With ScreenSteps Pro you can create new forum and knowledge base articles in Zendesk.
Using the ScreenSteps “Copy HTML to Clipboard” feature you can easily use ScreenSteps to insert images and HTML into your emails.
